Vaudeville

The Vaudeville Series was placed last to exemplify what is dearest to my heart, Max and Sam. If I fail miserably at everything in life, I am still the luckiest woman in the world because I am Sam and Max’s mom. They are my everything and often they were all I had as they grew up. It has been the most amazing experience to watch their ever-changing transformations from baby to adult. I am fascinated with every stage of their lives. Nothing is a greater accomplishment then being their mom.

As a single parent starting out in photography, they were my best and most of the time, only subjects. At times they were incredibly participatory and other times I know they couldn’t stand being a part of my creations.To shoot this series with me, they were paid $5 for each costume change.
